Jeremy Adam is an experienced solo artist, band leader, recording artist, producer, director, playwright, composer, voice instructor, pianist, and accompanist. While in Philly, he has immersed himself in the local music and theater scene.

His music is often born on the acoustic guitar. Thanks to his diverse musical upbringing, Jeremy’s sound is a mix of rock (classic, alternative, indie, folk), pop, soul, r&b and musical theater. Pair that with continuous collaboration with various local artists, producers, and musicians, and you get an ever-progressing development of sound, which seamlessly crosses genres.

His music stands apart for its instant earworm melodies and his poetic lyricism, which is grounded in emotional depth and littered with a vivid narrative that details and comments on the life of a young person navigating our current world on fire, while maintaining a stoic optimism in the face of adversity.

Originally from New Jersey, Jeremy moved to Philadelphia in 2011 to earn a degree in theatre from Temple University. During his studies, he began to work as a solo artist, writing and recording original music, while also forming and leading a local cover band.

You can now catch him with his new original band - Jeremy Adam & The Bad Madams! In Fall ‘23, he joined the front line singers in EBE Dreamtime. You can now find him belting at weddings, guest appearing in cabarets, or playing his songs on stages all over the country.

Jeremy also produces events for local artists and hosts open mics at various bars in Philadelphia. He has been writing music for over 20 years. He records in his home studio and releases music under his own label. His latest theatre project as co-writer, composer, and director for The Hum’n’bards Theater Troupe’s production of The Tower ran for two weeks at the 2022 Philadelphia Fringe Festival.

Look out for his self-produced EP - 10,000 Stories High - coming 6/21/24
